Use completely custom gift cards, employee ID cards, and client ID cards with InkBook Software, so you can offer convenience to your clients and employees.
All of the cards are made with durable plastic and are designed exclusively for your business.
Pricing and ordering
Contact our sales team to order your gift cards or ID cards. Gift cards can be ordered in sets of 100, and employee ID cards may be ordered in any quantity needed.
Pricing for the cards depends on the size of your order. View our pricing chart below for more information. Pricing below is for full-color, front-side printing.
A setup fee of $25 also applies to your order for the initial design and revisions. Card re-orders with no changes do not require a setup fee.

Back side printing options
You can optionally add printing to the back side of the card (including if you prefer a barcode symbol printed on the back) for an additional fee:

Card colors and images
Choose from our several card colors when designing your card. We offer a variety of cards to provide the perfect design fit for your business.
- Solid white, light blue, and tan cards can print detailed images, including your business logo or a background photo.
- Red and black cards can be printed with solid black, white, silver or gold text and/or design. Solid cards and inks can be used with a barcode scanner or magnetic stripe reader. Metallic ink cannot be scanned by a barcode scanner.
- Silver and gold cards can be printed with color, solid black, white, silver or gold text and/or design, though some images may not have colors that contrast well with the metallic color (i.e. yellow, brown, or orange on the gold card). Metallic cards cannot be used with a barcode scanner.
A few websites we recommend checking for gift card background images are www.bigstockphoto.com, www.istockphoto.com, and www.stockxpert.com. There are also various other image websites that can be found online where suitable images can be purchased, just make sure to save your receipts and send both your image and a copy of the receipt to your gift card designer. Please see the specification section below for more details on images that can be printed on gift cards.

Gift card and ID card specifications
When sending in your own image or logo, or when working on the custom card design with one of our graphic designers, there are a few specifications to follow. Please contact us if you have any questions on these specifications.
Image size format: Images should be sent in a .jpg or .bmp file format. After placing your card order, you can send in your custom image at www.daysmart.com/sendfile. Background images or logos should be no smaller than 1030x646 pixels in size, and 300dpi.
Image colors and tones: Images cannot have solid black, brown, tan or red background. We do carry colored gift cards that can have images and text printed on them, so if you prefer to have cards with solid black, red, or tan backgrounds, you can order a colored card instead of the standard white card at the same price. Images with gradients (fading from one color to another) do not generally print well, and are not recommended.
Limitations for colored card printing: If you would like to have metallic cards, we will not be able to include a barcode. Barcode scanners will reflect
off the metallic card, and will not be able to read in the barcode itself. Therefore, only a magnetic stripe is offered when ordering metallic cards. When ordering solid black cards, we are only able to print a single, completely opaque color on the card - only white, silver and gold printing is available for black cards.
