At CMJ Designs, makers of InkBook Software, we believe in providing more than just solutions. Our technical support team is committed to excellent customer service. Technical support is available in any of the formats listed below:

Free training videos - You can access the training videos from the Welcome screen. Each video is a few minutes long, and shows you how to use the basic features of the software.

User's Guide- A complete, electronic User's Guide is built into the software, and can be accessed from the Help pull-down menu. You can also download a PDF version of the User's Guide.

Phone Support - You receive one hour of free phone support within the first 60 days of your software purchase. If you have Internet access, we can also connect live to your computer and provide support and training directly on your PC. Additional phone support and training can be purchased by the hour for $49 after your initial phone support has been used or expires. Call (248) 491-0200 for support.

Online Support Forms - If you are in need of support that requires an electronic form to be filled out, you should visit our online forms page.

Software Downloads & Updates

Software Updates - If you are updating from a previous version of InkBook, you should use the Check for Update feature from the Help pull-down menu of the software to download and install the latest version of the software. If you are having trouble downloading the update from directly within the software, a software update can also be manually downloaded. If you are not eligible for a free update, you can purchase the updated version.

Drivers and Downloads - Any drivers for supported hardware as well as downloads for programs that work with InkBook software are available for easy download on our downloads page.
