Do you have Android or iPhone apps?
Yes, we sure do. Our apps let you do all the major things in our software right from your phone or tablet. The apps are free to use if you sign up for a Remote Access subscription, which is free for the first 30 days. After that, the cost is $9 per user.
What is Remote Access?
Remote Access is a very cool feature that allows your iPhone, iPad, Android device or web browser to access and edit the information in InkBook at your home or business. That means you can add or edit appointments, clients, products, and services as well as run reports when you are on the go.
Do I have to pay for Remote Access if I'm on a monthly subscription?
Yes. Remote Access is $9 per user per month for both one time payments on software and monthly subscriptions.
* 500 free text messages included per month with subscription valid for US and Canada customers only. When exceeding this amount, additional costs will apply.
Subscriptions will be renewed automatically on a monthly basis until cancelled. You can cancel the subscription at any time by calling (800) 899-3960. After we receive notice of cancellation, no further payments will be charged to you.
